40' x 24' 2 PSI Blast Resistant Security Building with Complete Electrical Services,

This blast resistant security building is rated at 2 PSI overpressure for a 100 millisecond blast duration, to withstand a reflective pressure of 4.2 PSI.  The primary function of this blast resistant building was established as a permit office by the End User, but by design acts more as a low security facility against forced entry, that also serves as a safe haven during hurricanes.  To facilitate shipment, the building was manufactured as a double-wide structure that shipped in two separate halves, at just over 41,000 pounds each.  This blast resistant building features an HVAC unit, discharge ductwork, two closed offices, an ADA compliant restroom with shower, a full kitchen and a partition wall that supports a permit processing countertop and 4' wide door to a workspace, as reflected in the floor plan above.
