This extensively equipped fiberglass hydrogen sulfide analyzer shelter was manufactured for an end-user Client that wanted a complete, turn-key solution that only required the field installation of analyzers to ready it for commissioning and operation.  With our extensive background in this field, Bebco met the challenge with ease!  To begin, we installed a Bebco Model IX HVAC unit, complete power control, interior and exterior lighting, a combustible gas and ventilation detection system and specialized ventilation fans, as show in a close-up view above, to accomplish six air changes per hour.  Two process connection bulkheads, an external alarm horn and beacon, a special external alarm control panel and lift extensions completed the project.
