This well equipped fiberglass nitrogen oxide analyzer house was built for a continuous emissions monitoring or CEM system manufacturer in California.  For climate control and positive ventilation, the Client requested a Bebco Model EX HVAC unit, complete with a Model 1260 Pressurizer Unit, A Bebco Model PTM Pressure & Temperature Monitor Unit and weighted ventilation dampers.  Power was provided from a step-down transformer to interior lighting, and an array of combustible gas, oxygen and NOx detectors, along with a smoke alarm, and an explosion-proof alarm control system mounted beside the door, which featured a 2' x 3' safety glass window.  A process connection bulkhead, an external alarm horn and beacon, and lift extensions were then added to complete final pre-packaging.
