Shelter Lifting Provisions
Bebco provides numerous options for Shelter Loading & Lifting. The most economical provision is Base Lifting Lugs attached to a shelter base that allow overhead crane lifting from the bottom of a Shelter as shown in this example.

The most costly lifting provision is Top Lifting Lugs that provide overhead crane lifting points on the roof of a finished Shelter as shown in this example.

Please note while the cost of top lift rigging is sometimes less expensive, the additional cost of tubular metal frames in the Shelter Wall and Roof System is often cost prohibitive, unless absolutely necessary due to installation conditions.

Another option for loading and unloading a portable modular building involve the use of a tilt bed truck. Cables can then be used to drag or drop the load, such as this finished shelter, equipped with both Base Lifting Lugs and Drag Skid Bars.

Finally, depending on the size of your finished shelter and your particular requirements, Bebco can also add forklift pockets that would permit loading and unloading of your finished Shelter with a forklift, as shown in this example.

Regardless of your need, we hope you've found this information helpful and realize you can get exactly what you require at Bebco!
