Painted, Zinc Metalized or Fiberglass Coated Deck Surfaces
Bebco Deck Bases are furnished with flat or checker plate that may be finished in a variety of ways. Standard finishes include slip resistant paint coatings, zinc metalized coatings or fiberglass coatings, which form a chemical and Class A flame resistant surface. These coatings are extremely durable, offer years of trouble free service, and permit the incorporation of access covers, support brackets and spill containment areas, as shown in this image. |

Vinyl Sheet or Tile Flooring & Carpet
For high traffic and continuously occupied spaces, such as control rooms or offices, industrial grade vinyl flooring applied as individual tiles, or wall-to-wall* vinyl sheeting or carpet can be applied to offer a finished floor surface to satisfy more ergonomic demands. Available in many colors and grades, vinyl and carpet flooring are significant upgrades to coated deck surfaces.

Raised "Computer" Flooring
Raised flooring is available for spaces where sub-surface wiring or cable routing is essential. By recessing the deck base cross-member frame and plating, raised flooring can be set flush to the base's perimeter frame with standard sub-floor clearances ranging from six to twelve inches. Raised flooring is offered in a wide variety of colors and finishes, and may accommodate live weight loads up to 500 pound per square foot . As shown in this image, support frames may be added at specified locations to mount equipment such as Motor Control Centers or Switchgear. |

Metal Panel Ceilings
Bebco provides interlocking panels to form the most economical ceiling in our line of Industrial Metal Shelters. Suspended Ceilings
Beyond the conventional ceilings of interlocking sheet metal panels in our industrial metal shelters or the seamless monolithic fiberglass surface in our industrial fiberglass buildings, suspended ceilings are incorporated to accommodate recessed lighting and communications cabling or conceal HVAC ducting, as shown in this image. Suspended ceilings are not suitable nor permissible for use in portable buildings that contain analyzers or other equipment that processes liquids or gases which may emit corrosive, toxic or flammable vapors. |
